Only original work should be submitted, at any time of the year. Please note that the deadline for the inaugural issue, scheduled for March 2004, is November 15, 2003. Manuscripts may not be under consideration by any other publication. All submissions undergo blind review, so authors should take pains to remove all pointers to their own identity or to that of their institution.

ACR will consider electronic submissions only. All manuscripts should be sent by email, accompanied by a "cover note" e-mailed to the editor. In addition to the paper itself, please attach a separate notice describing in short (1) the submitted article, (2) the format(s) used in its presentation, and (3) providing brief bios, e-mail and mailing addresses for author(s). At present, preferred formats for submission are HTML, MS-Word or plain ASCII text.

The preferred length for articles is 20 pages and normally should not exceed 25 pages, including notes and references, plus an abstract of about 100 words and a list of up to 10 key words. Manuscripts must conform to the most recent edition of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association. Tables and footnotes should be kept to a minimum.

Acknowledgements of receipt will be sent by e-mail within a week of the date of submission. All articles will be reviewed anonymously by two or three referees. The decision of the referees' reviews will be returned by email unless the author requests response by surface mail at the time of submission. In most instances, authors can expect decisions on their work within three to four months of receipt of papers.

Authors submitting a manuscript do so on the understanding that, if it is accepted for publication, exclusive copyright of the article shall be assigned to the publisher and the author will be required to sign a copyrights indemnity declaration. The publisher will not charge authors who wish to use their articles again in publications they may subsequently write or edit. Authors must correct proofs promptly and not make revisions on them.

Papers and correspondence should be emailed to Editor, Prof. Sung Hee Park at shpark1@ewha.ac.kr.
